Night of A Thousand Dinners® (N1KD) is a global event that takes place between March 1 and April 30 to raise awareness of the global landmine crisis and to raise funds for mine action. All of the proceeds from this event will be used to fund Adopt-A-Minefield’s mine action programs
Throughout this time, tens of thousands of individuals around the world will join friends, family, neighbors, and colleagues in their homes, restaurants, community centers, and other venues to have dinner and raise funds for mine clearance and survivor assistance.
This year I am hosting a dinner that helps with landmine cleanup and survivor assistance in Africa. Proceeds from my dinner will go to directly fund Adopt-A-Minefield efforts in countries like Angola, Ethiopia and Mozambique. |
