About the 2009 Global Classrooms: Miami Model UN ConferenceIn this fourth year of the conference, due to the overwhelming support for the program throughout the Miami-Dade School System, we are excited to offer committees specifically for junior high/middle school and high school students. This year’s conference will host over 600 delegates and eight diverse committees. Topics discussed will include Child Labor, Food Security and Distribution, Trafficking of Wild Animals, and the Situation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
