About Global Classrooms: Madrid The program, now in its fourth year, is based on a partnership between students and teachers from the 10 public bilingual secondary schools operated by the Madrid regional government and the British Council, Fulbright Commission, and the US Embassy in Madrid. With financial support from the US Embassy, the Fulbright Commission and the Madrid Regional Government, the 10 participating secondary schools will host the fourth annual Global Classrooms Model UN conference in Madrid in which 220 middle school students will participate March 2-3, 2010. 
10 students, will travel to the New York Global Classroom conference in May together with Two Fulbright English Teaching Assistants and two chaperon teachers. Sponsors Global Classrooms: Madrid would like to thank the Madrid Regional Government, , the Fulbright Commission, the US Embassy in Madrid , and the British Council. Thanks to their commitment, UNA-USA is able to educate thousands of young students around the world about global issues through the Global Classrooms program. - St. Louis University has worked with UNA-USA to implement the program locally;
- Serving 10 Schools in Madrid
- University students have volunteered annually to serve as members of the Model UN conference staff.
