|  Global Classrooms: Houston Model UN Conference
March 24, 2010 | University of Houston 2010 Conference InformationUNA-USA is excited to offer the 8th Annual Global Classrooms® Model UN Conference dedicated solely to Global Classrooms students in the greater Houston Area on March 24, 2010. This one-day conference will be held at the University of Houston. The conference has the capacity for 500 middle and high school students and will feature ten committees, where debate will focus on current and pressing international issues such as post conflict reconstruction and investment, children in armed conflicts, and energy and sustainable development. The Global Classrooms: Houston conference will provide a greater opportunity for Global Classrooms students to participate in a professional conference setting and the chance to debate with hundreds of students from across the region.
