| Global Classrooms: HoustonGlobal Classrooms continues to provide curricular units, professional development support and the annual Global Classrooms: Houston Model UN Conference to HISD schools. Global Classrooms has been implemented in over 25 local schools where over 1,800 students receive access to the curriculum. Houston's Model UN conferences host between 600 and 800 students annually.
Global Classrooms is aligned with the Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills (TEKS). It provides middle and high school students with the opportunity to experience a Model UN conference and to become part of the larger national Model UN community.
In addition, all participants take part in the annual Global Classrooms: Houston Model UN Conference held at the University of Houston.

- University students from The University of Texas at Austin, Pepperdine University, St. Edward's University, Texas State University and the University of St. Thomas have volunteered annually to serve as members of the Model UN conference staff.
