International Career Social Media Forum

Monday, August 6, 2012
UNA-NCA is excited to begin their international career and social media forum. Come join them from 5 to 5:30 pm on Twitter or Facebook and ask our guest Mark Engman, the Director of Public Policy and Advocacy for the US Fund for UNICEF about his career and what made him decide to focus on foreign policy and international development. His occupation plays a key role in developing and implementing advocacy strategies that create funding results for UNICEF and its cause.

His educational journey began at Colorado College majoring in Math and History. His Peace Corps experience led him into foreign policy which is why he attended The John Hopkins University-Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) where he achieved his Master of Arts in American Foreign Policy. He was also Book Review Editor for the The SAIS Review of International Affairs. Mr. Engman's decided to continue his studies at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he earned an MBA in Public Policy and Management.

The United Nations of the Association National Capital Area is honored to have Mr. Mark Engman as our guest and we are inviting UNA-NCA members, non-members, young professionals, and our Facebook and Twitter followers to RSVP to our international career social media forum.
