About the Conference

Greetings to all! We welcome you to the inaugural session of Goenka International Model United Nations Conference ‘For a World without Borders’ organized by the MUN society of G.D Goenka Public School Vasant Kunj.

With a dedicated organizing team, high level of infrastructure and our ‘delegate friendly’ approach, we assure you that GIMUN 2013 will be an unforgettable experience for all those who will be a part of it.

We are pleased to inform you that GIMUN 2013 will be simulating the following committees:

1. United Nations Security Council (UNSC)
2. United National General Assembly (Plenary)
3. United Nations Development Program (UNDP)
4. International Atomic Energy Agency - Board of Governors
5. Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC)
6. Human Rights Council (HRC)
7. Indian War Cabinet-1999 (Historic)

We would also like to inform you that the Executive Board Applications will be out within this week and as a token of appreciation from G.D Public School Vasant Kunj, we are offering a sum of Rs 7000 to the President/Chair/Director General of each committee and a sum of Rs 5000 to the Vice President/Director/Deputy Director General of each committee.

The Executive Board will remain open to both High School Students as well as Undergraduate Students (including those who pass out in 2012-13).
